Authorizations

By using the platform, you authorize AdamSea.com and its authorized personnel to conduct security assessments, testing, and other necessary verifications.

Cancellation Policies

Flexible Cancellation Users can cancel at least 3 days (72 hours) before the trip starts. A 50% cancellation fee applies, including AdamSea service and transfer fees.

Moderate Cancellation If less than 3 days (72 hours) remain before the trip, cancellation is not allowed, and no refund will be issued.

Firm Cancellation If canceled more than 3 days (72 hours) before the trip, renters can cancel via the "My Bookings" tab. A 50% refund will be issued.

Strict Cancellation No refunds are issued if the renter is unable to travel for any reason.

Platform & Transactions

AdamSea.com connects boat owners with potential renters through its AI-powered online platform. It simplifies the rental process by allowing owners to list their boats with detailed descriptions and renters to browse, book, and pay securely online. The platform ensures a seamless experience by handling booking confirmations, secure payments, and communication between parties. Additionally, AdamSea.com earns a commission on every successful transaction, ensuring mutual benefits for both owners and renters.

Secure Online Payment

Renters pay securely through AdamSea’s platform using credit/debit cards. The platform ensures all transactions are encrypted and compliant with industry security standards.

  • Deposit Handling (Offline)

    Any required deposits will not be processed through the AdamSea platform. These must be handled offline directly between the boat owner and the renter, ensuring flexibility for both parties.

  • Commission Deduction

    AdamSea deducts its commission from the rental payment after the transaction is finalized and transfers the remaining balance to the boat owner.

  • Transparent Invoicing

    The platform generates detailed invoices for both the renter and the boat owner, providing a clear breakdown of the payment, commission, and transaction details.

  • Refunds and Dispute Resolution

    In case of disputes or cancellations, AdamSea has policies in place to manage refunds, partial reimbursements, or mediation to ensure fair resolutions for all parties.

Reporting Violations

Force Majeure: AdamSea‘s Liability for Interruptions or Delays

Boat Rental Verification: QR Code Scanning Requirement

At AdamSea, we ensure that every rental trip is verified for both security and payment accuracy. To complete the rental process, boat owners are required to scan the QR code of each ticket to confirm the renter's identity and validate the trip.

What Boat Owners Need to Do

  • Scan the QR Code

    Boat owners must scan the unique QR code on each rental ticket before the trip begins. This step is essential to verify the guest and confirm the rental details.

Consequences of Not Scanning the QR Code

  • No Payment for Unverified Trips

    If the boat owner fails to scan the QR code and the trip is completed, AdamSea will not be able to process or release the payment for that trip. The trip will be considered unverified, and the boat owner will not receive the rental fees.

Why This Matters
